Workout Fails

So the new year is under way and most of us are getting back into some sort of regular workout routine in an attempt to work off the Festive Season overindulgence. Whether it’s a resolution to get rid of the fridge and reveal the six-pack which has been chilling within ‘since ages ago’ or just a mental shift to get fit and healthy, find comfort in the fact that whatever level of fitness you currently find yourself at, you’re probably doing better than these unfortunate individuals. It’s also Monday and Monday is fun day, so let’s have a laugh.
